Add people

One per line: username, Full Name or username, Full Name, budget. Usernames are lower-case letters, digits, dots or dashes. Each new account gets a temporary password on a printable slip; existing usernames are only updated.

Course skills appear in every student's menu. A chat keeps the version of the skill it started with, so edits apply to new chats only.
